		<description>I don&#039;t know about that one, Kent. On a current popularity contest, sure. But I don&#039;t see how Youtube&#039;s gonna ever make money without being sued to death. Take away the stolen content and I don&#039;t know what&#039;s left of youtube. If they ever start making money, plenty of people will be filing suits and wanting to be paid for their content. It seems to me the whole company is one huge contingent liability waiting to happen. That&#039;s also why I&#039;d be surprised if anyone bought them. The purchaser doesn&#039;t want to become the deep pockets for all the lawsuits. Same reason nobody wanted Napster -- a company that also looked like a world-beater for a couple of years, too.</description>
