		<description>Another issue with paying the people posting the videos is that they are often not the ones who created the content.  If I post a clip of some TV show or concert, etc., am I really entitled to get paid when people watch it?I can see a place for a split when it comes to original content- sort of the original MP3.Com model.</description>

		<description>I think there are already several that are paying out some of the ad revenue, barbidoll31, but I don&#039;t see that being the key.  If it starts to threaten YouTube, they will do the same.To kill YouTube, you have to make something else seem cooler somehow.</description>
