Airlines do need free Wi-fi and phone service network while in the air. I am hoping that VoIP services will join the mix in the future. I represent ooVoo, a free video chat service and know that many of our current users are business travels constantly on the road or in the air. It would be nice to have options available to communicate with family/friends or work to get home to family/friends sooner.
