		<description>There are some definite exceptions to what you are saying.  For example,  I have re-connected with many old friends via Facebook, something I may never have done without something of that nature.Also, I have friends that live in different parts of the country and even the world.  It is a lot easier to keep up with them through a social network since I don&#039;t see them regularly.Lastly, and most importantly for me, I have a pretty wide range of interests - photography, music, etc - and online is the best way to manage those relationships AND share our interests through sites like Flickr.I do agree there are a lot of young people on social media, but that is changing as those networks grow and as the people who started on them as teens or young adults grow up.</description>
